Similar to our Hilton Hotels UK renovations project, our work on the Holiday Inn Renovations involved the retrofitting of the majority of lighting systems throughout multiple sites across the UK.
Detailed site surveys were performed across all the sites to categorize all the existing lighting systems and their operational energy costs. With discussion with the representatives from Holiday Inn, we outlined the optimal products for each area within each site that would meet or exceed their requirements, and highlighted the areas where retrofitting would result in the greatest energy cost savings, to allow Holiday Inn to make the most informed decision possible.
As a result, Lylux provided the majority of the LED architectural lighting and managed all installation work for the project.
The energy cost saving for this project has been estimated to be around 70%, with the ROI period having been just under 2.5 years.
